More gems from the 80s _90s – delighted to see such an interest. Thanks for posting the LPS – let me know if you use any for sampling …

Day 2: The Winter Musicland Countdown continues with a timely song called ‘Night of Peace’ – beautifully sung by Happy Charles written with Seth Glassman and later recorded by Darlene Love “easter to west, sun to sun – a night of peace for everyone” —

Video Archive 42 – The Red MooN – Mentioned yesterday the Magisto app is using the Red MooN as a soundtrack – here’s a sweet little video found on YouTube from far away of children picking strawberries to the Red MooN
Video Archive 12 – Come on Home (Junior’s Soundfactory Single Version)
One of my favourite remixes of my first co-written song released with Cyndi Lauper and remixed by Junior Vasquez – the sound of New York in the 90s . . turn it up and remember who you are …
Video Archive 9 – Leonora – Some relaxing Sunday morning music with accompanying home made kaleidoscope from many years ago
In what seems like a galaxy so far away I built a studio in the woods of Tennessee called English Valley Music. One day Leon Russell came round to visit and played my lovely Yamaha Piano – I just imagined all the notes filling the studio and then a little while later improvised this music on my OBXa with visiting guitar player from London Tom Blades – Aptly titled ‘Leonora’ it was released as part of the Red Moon Collection on Merlyn’s Magical Music.
Video Archive 8 – Back to the 90s – The Ballad of Cleo and Joe as performed by a very pregnant Cyndi Lauper, Valerie Vigoda on violin, Ron Jenkinson Bass and Skoota Warner on Drums and yours truly on synths and samples on this co-written song which sounds pretty good to me – all live folks on the Conan O’Brien Show!
It’s the story of Joe who every Saturday night becomes the fabulous Cleo .. my favourite line ‘waits in his platforms for the right train to come’ …
Video Archive 5 – Shapeshifter
I continue writing and recording with a basic digital setup having gladly escaped the Studio Days of 128+ inputs, massive overheads and constant maintenance – I feel more like the days of the Atari ST where anything seemed, and really was, possible thanks to that built in MIDI port! My minimalist approach has removed a lot of headaches – life has too many anyway. Living by the beautiful Deben Estuary has inspired me and countless others … The river changes every time I walk along it’s banks and so I call it the Shapeshifter
